We had the most wonderful long weekend experience at this place. Our glamping tent was nice and thoughtfully equipped. The wooden stove was definitely appreciated on a cold Saturday night. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast buffets at the cafe - everything was super fresh and delicious. I didn't want to do a review initially because I don't want to deal with crowds at this hidden gem. Out away from the hustle and bustle of life you can unwind with the slower pace. Cool down in the red deer River, relax in a saddle while setting beautiful countryside and mountains. Cook your own food on their smoker and sleep on an amazing king sized bed. We stayed in the large canvas tent. It was very clean and spacious. The wood burning fireplace was super warm and cozy. The shared bathrooms were clean and nice. Probably the cleanest campground bathrooms we have seen. Gaby was on staff while we stayed there, and she was incredible! Super friendly, helpful and informative. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We ordered the breakfast and dinner for an additional cost. The food was wonderful! Gaby prepared this amazing chicken dish for dinner last night, and my daughter is still talking about how good it was! The river was beautiful, and the children loved it. There is a decent sized playground for children, and a big sandbox with toys for the children to play with. There was no cell phone reception on site, but they did provide us with Wi-Fi, and it was very reliable.
