“This place has become a favourite. Yes, it’s in one of the most majestic settings, but truly the vibe and energy of the staff is what makes you want to return again. We’ve been several times and plan to make this a regular go to place. The grounds are well kept, the small main lodge is cozy and they make the best lattes. We camp so haven’t tried their meals, but they look amazing. My only concern is that this place is growing in popularity with weddings making it hard to book in advance. We love the heritage and that this is family owned and operated. Thank you for allowing us to share in your space.”
“I recently stayed at this lodge for a yoga retreat. I’ll start with the rooms! A beautiful rustic cabin with super soft beds, a lovely private bathroom, and cozy atmosphere. Amanda our hostess was very informative and accommodating to the group’s needs the entire weekend. Ed our trail ride guide was very friendly and professional, having the horses we worked with ready in a timely manner. Plus knew how to joke and kid with us ladies. Tiffany was so fantastic with the horses; thank you for keeping me safe when I had to dismount my horse. Carmen and Angie absolutely spoiled us rotten with the best food I’ve ever had! I’m looking forward to my next visit!”
“Some say camping should be rustic, off the beaten path and in the great outdoors. I agree. But, when you add to that the choices of full service RV spots, modern cabins, rustic canvas tents, a coffee bar, home cooked meals, free WiFi, horseback riding, a playground, guided hikes, weekly massage services or even helicopter tours, it’s pretty hard to beat the Lodge at Panther River. In the foothills of the Rockies, there is one spectacular view after another. It’s built along the length of the Panther River so you can hear the river at all times. The staff are fantastic. They love it there and it shows. They were very polite and accommodating. We will definitely be visiting again.”
